“Nejvíc se mi na tom líbí ta jistá násilnost, která je podle mě realistická narozdíl od toho, že je pon farr (no jasně že to pojednává o něm. Víte snad ve ST vesmíru o něčem zajímavějším?) často podáván jako něco velice romantického. Druhé část erotické scény je už no... není to tak super nicméně i tak. Zbytek by tam veskrze nemusel být. Vzhledem k tomu že jsem v podobném žánru dala víc bodů dám tady pět. PS: Ano, jsem si plně vědoma, že tu tyhle povídky vůbec nikoho nezajímají, ale nechce se mi ji pak mezi tím tisícem co tam na archívu jsou hledat”

Shrnutí: The sequel to "Shelter." Kirk, Spock, and McCoy return to the Enterprise and try to maintain the poses of normal life. This story was originally published in Obsc'zine #1, copyright 1977 by T'Kuhtian Press, Lori C-C, editor. "Poses" was the sequel to "Shelter", written primarily because so many fans wrote to me after "Shelter" was published, frantically asking: "What happened after they woke up?" I realized that I couldn't leave Our Heroes hanging in that situation, so I worked out what happened— apparently to everybody's satisfaction.
