  • Shrnutí: “Ryuzaki I think you’re right about me, I think that at one point I was Kira” Light decides to trust L when he admits that he too suspects himself of being Kira and asks L for help in preventing him from becoming Kira again. L agrees, mostly because he thinks this is part of the game the two of them are playing. A game that is getting more and more complicated by the minute since chaining himself to Light has forced L to face the fact that he is attracted to his main suspect. And maybe his feelings run deeper still… With L and Light closing in on the person acting as Kira at Yotsuba will Light's admission change anything? Or are they destined to once again become enemies?

“Light si nepamatuje, že byl Kira, ale řekne L, že má asi pravdu, že před Kirou z Youtsuby asi byl první Kirou. Požádá ho, aby zabránil v tom, aby se mu navrátily vzpomínky a ta děsivá vražedná moc. Zamilovaný detektiv souhlasí, bohužel se mu to nepovede a Lightovi se znovu do rukou vrátí zápisník. Zvládne však udržet si v hlavě to, že to co dělá je špatné a přizná se ke svým zločinům. Jako trest dostává doživotní dozor od L a spolupráci na jeho případech. Dobrá povídka skoro na pomezí i 5 bodů. Má to i pokračování s názvem "Living With the Consequences".”
